Read a good book that totally pulled you into the story??

What have you read lately that completely pulled you into the story? Tell us about it and the settings. I know there are some authors who write such a wonderful story that we made to feel like we're right there next to the characters; that we don't even hear what's going on around us because we are so immersed in the setting, the dialogue, the emotions and the characters!

One author who comes to mind for me is Teresa Medeiros - her novels pull you in to stand right there with the characters! When I finish the books, I just sigh and smile because she's allowed me to take a mini vacation and visit with her characters inside their world! *happy sigh*

What books or authors come to mind for you?
Thank you all for sharing.

Don't forget the author interview coming up on Monday - Dominique Watson!

  1. I haven't read Teresa's yet. I have wanted to. Will have to pick one up. I just started A Hellion in Her Bed by Sabrina Jeffries. From The Hekkions of Halstead Hall. I just reclently found her as an author. Her books are hard to put down. I really like how all her characters interact and they each have their own opinions especially the grandmother. Another book I love is Dewey The Small Town Library Cat set in Iowa by Vicki Myron. I fell in love with this kitty. This book made me cry, laugh, and feel good all over.
